All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, or early departures from the event. Purchase Protection is available for an additional fee if you are looking for your purchase to be covered by unexpected events. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
2. Admission & Ticket Validity
Admission is valid only for the date and time specified on your ticket. Please arrive on time; entry may not be guaranteed for late arrivals. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, violence, or intoxication. Please contact us by email if you need to change the date or time of your ticket.
3. Age Restrictions
The haunted house experience may contain intense scenes unsuitable for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We are not responsible for children’s reactions to the event’s frightening content, and no refunds will be issued due to an unsuitable experience.
4. Assumption of Risk
By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the Evil Intentions Haunted House or any other attractions on the property. This includes the risk of physical injury, psychological distress, and other potential hazards, whether caused by the actions or negligence of the event organizers, actors, or other patrons.
5. Medical Conditions
This event may include intense lighting, loud noises, smoke effects, strobe lights, and sudden scares. Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other medical concerns that may be exacerbated by these conditions are advised not to participate. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are medically able to attend and assume full responsibility for any adverse effects.
6. Prohibited Items
Weapons, drugs, alcohol, smoking, and recording devices are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any person found with these items will be asked to leave without a refund and may be subject to legal action.
7. Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and entering Evil Intentions Haunted House, you agree to release the event organizers, employees, and affiliates from all claims, actions, damages, and liabilities related to or arising from participation in this event, including any physical or emotional injury, illness, or death.
8. Photography and Video Consent
Guests may be photographed or recorded during their visit. By entering the premises, you grant the event organizers permission to use any such media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.
9. Re-entry Policy
There is no re-entry allowed. Once you exit the premises, you will not be permitted to re-enter without purchasing an additional ticket.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Evil Intentions Haunted House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to individuals who appear intoxicated, display aggressive behavior, or are disruptive to other guests.
